Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process after your required 30-day break-in period.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Our team will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to schedule a convenient time to remove the mattress from your home.

  Verification and Proof

  Provide a digital copy of the donation receipt or pickup confirmation to our support team to verify the mattress has been successfully transitioned.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping or white glove delivery fees.
